PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
As the Principal Designer at Collected Interiors, Ashley’s New Orleans heritage deeply influences her design point of view and practice. Her passion lies in discovering her clients’ stories and translating them into spaces that are warm, soulful, and unexpectedly modern. Her favorite projects are renovating and reimagining otherwise forgotten spaces, restoring a home’s pride and the neighborhood too.
As a busy mother of four, Ashley has real life experience on what family homes need to achieve the critical balance of beauty and function. As a result, the foundation of her work and practice are materials and selections that are built to last and patina wisely (and beautifully too). Clients love her authentic interest in the way their families operate, deep understanding of materials and construction, as well as her detailed investment spreadsheets. Contractor and artisan partners appreciate her ability to create collaborative working environments where projects and people thrive...on time and on budget.
JAIME ACKERHALT
PROJECT DIRECTOR
As our Project Director at Collected Interiors, Jaime utilizes her experience as a former hospital financial consultant to set goals and objectives for each project. She is a master communicator who efficiently delivers relevant information, so that our team and trusted network of trade artisans have everything they need to meet and exceed expectations. With a positive attitude that’s contagious, clients love her practical advice and her team cheerleader spirit.
As one of Ashley’s former clients, Jaime found her way to the team after falling in love with the process behind her own home build and design project. Although she has an exquisite eye and obsesses over finishes and selections, she is equally passionate about discovering the best options for the way clients live, ensuring that their investment both looks and functions beautifully.
SOPHIA SCOTT
DESIGN ASSOCIATE
Sophia was born and raised in San Carlos and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles in 2021. As our Design Associate at Collected Interiors, Sophia stays on top of current trends to ensure the team is equipped with the most up to date fabric, finish and tile samples. She also works along side Jaime to create vendor relationships throughout the US.
In Sophia's free time, you can find her at a hot yoga class, or catching up on the newest reality TV show. Sophia enjoys catching up with family on the weekend and finding new places to grab a bite with her friends.
